Therapy Sessions.
I offer individual, couple and family sessions. My approach is non-judgemental, non-pathologising and I pay attention to context, the particular circumstances of the individual and their support network. I tend to be curious about why this issue is presenting now, and who wants what, for whom.
I use a variety of different approaches including systemic and narrative approaches, mindfulness, strengths –based work and cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques.
